Mni-tender

Surprising that just because someone comes along and offers below market price for shares, traders sell into it! This shows how irrational markets can be and how unpredictable a share price can be. While greed and fear move share prices, fundamentals rule long term.

Now that the mini-tender is out there, can they buy up the shares?

Me thinks this is some kind of tax capturing scheme related to the capital gains increase

The mini tender is no longer below market value and therefore am wondering why BCE would recommend rejecting it.

If BCE could be bought out, never gonna happen, but if it was what do you think it would sell for I would think it would go for a lot more than 43.40 probably in the 70's
