DRIP AND REDUCED PO RATIO CLAIM

Ceo claims the drip will reduce po ratio by 20% according to his BNN interview, First he will have to explain how he arrived at that number, what is thier assumed take up rate, is it a blended price, have they build in the new dividends that  need to be paid for those shares coming out of treasury, how many shares are in the treasury at this point. There has to be a finite number of shares available and how long will they be able to offer  the drip. This will determine just how long they can keep the po ratio down by 20% , never mind the capital needed to build out these new networks to service the millions of new customers that are going to flock to bce, let alone the competition who ain't gonna just walk away from a fight with a foreign company who is trying to eat thier lunch. So many questions to be answered on Nov 7
