Another tidbit too ... the wholesale rate setting at the end of the calendar year. Yup, it has to be reasonable AND the buyers should participate in reserve funding for 6G as the current rates would be applicable only for 5G. Existing telecom players have too much debt currently, so the rate has to be higher than the current market rate ... AND the Commission should breakdown each amount separately as a record for future calculations of a rate increase. BCE DIRECTORS, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION HERE!!
