Announcement of sale of MSLE on Stockwatch is Sept 18, 8:30 ET.

So 900 million shares outstanding x $1 = slightly less than $1 billion increase in the enterprise value of BEC stock...
So very likely price will remain stable at this point of time AND INCREASE IN VALUE??

The book value of the shares in question was $ ??  (purchased in 19xx), if my understanding is correct, OR A GAIN OF $ ??, or the gain is much greater than the increase in the value of the enterprise of the stock ??.
