Not sure but, the price for this advertiseing platform is pretty cheap, I think.

"cheap"  can also imply  "has little value". Investing in innovation might have richer returns.  Management takes the lazy approach of growth by acquisitions which has not impressed shareholders:  Radio Shack, AlarmForce etc etc. BCE has no problem generating impressive FCF.  Just needs to rethink how to invest it, more wisely.
