Telus has invested loads in fibre as well and would be subject to the same regulations. GLTA

Corvette - if you did not know this ruling was coming then you really should not be investing. This has been in place down east for motnhs, you have to know it was going country wide. The ruling is actually far more favourable than I had anticipated. A more complete and balanced report than the hair on fire stuff being posted on here. CRTC expands ability for internet providers to sell service

My reply was to the gentleman that sold and was thinking of switching to Telus. I would not buy either until this gov is gone. Bell already cut 4800 jobs and cut capital spending by 1.1bil. Great job! GLTA

Corvette- sorry, you are right, I quoted the wrong guy, should havebeen the fellow that started this thread. You are perfectly correct, this impacts Telus just as much. All the best.

I like your comment. Owning 20 different dividend stocks I just bought a little bit of BCE just for decoration since it is beaten up. Just to see. Generally doing well up in all four accounts but always looking for something for new opportunities . At this point as not being desperate considering to buy a Canadian bank. I think they will suffer when they report their earnings. It is going to be

Yeah like you ever owned any.  Like your previous posts are the posts of an investor. Its already priced in fool so move on to Telus and bash them now if you already haven't. LOL BTW this dip is what consolidation looks like if you had a clue. GLTA
