You, like me, might be scratching the head, wondering wth this mantra means...as it is being jawboned to death everywhere.
So here is a stab by McKinsey:

So it's basically customer service,! Something they fall far short of and to take some  of the cash from the Roger's deal and spend it on something they should be doing already is preposterous. case in point, customer wanted bell services and had to miss work for two days because bell never showed up first or second time, with no explanation or apology to the potential client,

This seems anecdotal and could be related to any of the majors especially rogers.  Did you get this idea from an episode of seinfeld? Pretty sure most of that asset sale capital is heading for debt reduction. GLTA
