Wow why post that. his whole premise was negated by the sale of MLSE to pay down the debt that he was rightly concerned about. his call to reduce the dividend therefore is moot The fact that he made that as the conclusion of his thesis is wild and immature.  Why not look at the other much larger costs of Operations and Capital costs.   his complaint that the capital costs

it also does not refelct the negative effects from the legislated mandate to share thier infrastructure with competitors and was made before these two things occured.
