20 million shorts added for a rough total of 45 million shorts. I will wait for confirmation of a bottoming and will convert my BCE preffs to the commons. Insider buying is a good start.

Never mind the Bibic but what about  Rovinescu the former CEO of AC. Is he on the board of BCE?

Don't worry sit still I will answer to my self.  He serves on the board of directors of BCE Inc., Canada's largest telecom and media company and of the Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada's third largest bank.
