Management to change gow investors are looking at BCE

Management is trying to change investors' perception of BCE. Once considered a dividend darling, now they're teying to make it look like a growth stock, ie. In the best case, the div will stay at curent level for a long time, tkx to the new acquisition bce will need a LOT of cash for the upcoming years. 
The only question, why should I invest in bce if have access to REAL growth stocks. Still waiting for the right time to buy some, but definitely, I will wait for much lower price tag than the 37$

It depends on how fast they plan to increase the deployment of fibre in their US acquision. Also consider that their fibre deployment in Canada is mostly complete, so that FCF use will decline. also the hard earned skills from that deployment can be redeployed to accelerate the firefly rollout. So the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. But they still get a D for commuication. The ...more

That should be easy to do by NOT paying down debt, going on a buying spree, and beating the share price senseless. After that if the SP goes up $0.25 they can claim to be a growth stock, at least to all the bottom feeders. Bibic needs to be shown the door.
