I had suggested a strategy to sell non-core assets and use funds to re-purchase shares, which are at a deep discount to NAV. Seems like a win/win.
However, firm is committed to re-invest capital into newer properties and upgrades, so it will just be matter of time before private equity will target the discount.

Not until it is back in the 40's please. And screw PE. I'd rather see a merger with another publicly-traded REIT. A combination with REI would be interesting. They have a project together.
