Somebody call Autofocus321, make sure he's still breathing. This $82 price target might have been too much for the poor guy. He was complaining the shares would never reach $59.

From a business standpoint, BEI looking pretty smart today $150mm and buying in Calgary. Gonna be good.

I thought their plan was to diversify out of AB since most of their doors are already there. Anyone from Calgary know where this building is? An internet search of "The Circle" Calgary apartment building turns out nothing.

In SE Calgary near South Health Centre. I believe they will be 1 and 2 bedroom large apartments. Good price at $261k a door for new units, as construction prices continue to rise.
