Crazy small price ....intuitively thinking given crazy prices...though I guess a rural town business rental....dunno. Be interesting to know where this ppty is located

Yeah I was thinking the same thing what exactly can you buy in this market for under $400K.  Especially when its commercial?  The property has to be in Ontario but still seems awfully cheap for any property these days.  Cheers Charlie.

Little more time on my hands and used it to survey smaller centers via ICX and it may not be as out of line as I thought. I expect though it is a single kind of unit somewhere in a smaller town
