Fall 40 cent dividend
Just like clockwork. Hard to beat a 6.5% regular dividend and special dividend every 3-4 years. Becker doesn't trade much, not followed by any analyst but it has been a rock solid dividend payer year in year out. I believe 2025 we will see a sale with rates dropping and the real estate sector getting a boost and add in the CEO isn't getting any younger. Just my two cents.
