11:19 AM EDT, 06/01/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Scotiabank on Wednesday maintained its sector-outperform rating on Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P (BEP.UN.TO) with a US$42.00 price target as it hosted the company's management for investor meetings.

"We recently hosted members of Brookfield Renewable's senior management for investor meetings," analyst Robert Hope said in a note. "The discussions centered on: (1) the significant near-term growth in front of the company; (2) how the company is able to navigate challenged supply chains and inflationary environments; and (3) its capital allocation priorities. We continue to view Brookfield Renewable as a high quality and high growth way to participate in the global renewable power and decarbonization theme and reiterate our Sector Outperform rating."
