A rising tide should lift all boats tomorrow

Tourmaline announced a Special Dividend of $1.25 a share after hours and an 11 % dividend raise. Hoping Jeff Tonken has some nice surprises in store for us.

He should the competition for where to invest is getting fierce. Look after the shareholders Jeff you said you would.

I agree there's so many opportunities companies must do great things to retain shareholders. Jeff has said he will pay shareholders address the ridiculous divi and give timelines I'm not sure you can retain shareholders by promising and not delivering. Having said that he has delivered on paying down debt. The buy backs have little consequence given our float. Give us the money with a ...more

My opinion as a shareholder is to continue doing what you're doing. Pay down the debt and redeem the preferred shares. Buy back shares while they are cheap and then give us a juicy dividend. Let the others sell at $6-$8. Buy them out and let's move on. In this rising interest rate environment it is wise to eliminate most forms of debt.
