20% liquids UNHEDGED

BIR has more than a foot in the door to WTI, and the 80% gas is selling at ~20% ahead of guidance. I'll add, and continue to overweight, as BIR remains my choice to trade profits from others here.

Big div increase is not far away and we'll see the sp move with it,I'm also adding and am confident we will see at least 9 to 10$ by year end.
