Q1 Closed Out - Time to Guess Commodity Selling Prices

Approx. 30% return on BIR stock from the start of the year. 

I'm guessing selling prices of:

HH: $4.75 average
Dawn: $4.75 average
AECO: $4.35 average
WTI: $95

Looking forward to an update on debt free timeline with the release of results in May. 

Maybe just maybe a divy increase is coming. $0.04 a quarter?

That should produce at least 115 million free cash flow above the 2022 projection per year, so $28.75 million in a quarter. That should be around 11 cents a share. I think half could go go to special div and still put half to debt. If they don't get the share price up, Birchcliff will get bought and we won't see any benefit from the massive cash flows next year. The nat gas price is bound ...more

Average selling price in the Q$ 2021in CDN price  -Light oil price   $ 92,79   Q1 2022 $ 119 -Nat Gas price $ 5,52                say 6,00 t funnds flow in the Q4     $ 196 142   or 0,73  ...............................Q1      $   216 000 or  0,80 It a 10 % increase !
