Progress!  Preferred shares paid off with interest; price of NG back up and going up more as cold weather advances; stock up nicely. Now waiting for the update next week, and this stock should climb some more. I predict that Birchcliffe will be practically debt-free by Oct. 13. Then again, I know nothing about it - disclaimer.

fishcarrier i have a suspicion Oct 13 we may be debt free but like you i don't know the numbers for the quarter. Anyway i'm staying at least until spring before i sell a share. GLT LONGS.

I suspect the .80 to 1.00 divi won't be achieved in full until year end 2023 at which point if gas holds north of $7 for 2023 I suspect we'll be hearing about divi increases for 2024.
