NYMEX selling in nat gas futures is always one-sided and this winter has given them "cart blanche" to short unopposed . US gas producers aren't doing themselves any favours by increasing production but that being said , there are some possible speedbumps for the shorts . The US Coast Guard today cleared Freeport to resume export traffic which only leaves FERC to give the final

"I see Tonken doing whatever is required to keep that dividend in place." That's the problem in my view. Tonken just raised the dividend 900%, so he'd lose all credibility if he was to cut it at any point over at least the next year or two, so if NG prices continue to remain low, his unhedged book will look like a bad move and I suspect he'll do whatever it takes to maintain
