Sometimes the market and cliimate change nutcases give observant patient investors unique opportunities in the market.. Gas used to fire up electricity plants for heating and cooling loads.. either way, natgas is not going anywhere.. and we have long duration assets that will do well as inflation continues to be stubborn.. I think the dividend will stay fwiw..
