NASDAQ

Aside from BTC price and I am bullish my only concern is NASDAQ. I've been studying the criteria and certainly the meet the first in aggregate earnings for past 3 years. I'm not sure they meet the other 3 and only 1 of 4 is required. Has anyone studied this and does anyone have any meaningful guidance on the issue as it is singularly the biggest for market cap upside.

I looked through the requirements as well and with what I know I do have concerns. However, management has all their information and lawyers to review whether they would meet the requirements so hoping that they applied knowing they should get approved otherwise why apply. We should know in the next few weeks...probably by late April we will know.

Bitfarms wouldn't have spent the money, time, or hired the people to apply for the NASDAQ if they weren't confident on approval. It's coming, just need to be patient.
