This stock is about to blow its lid...

Irrespective of where the buyout is, this stock is hankering around $3 resistance.  Once we work through here $3.20 will be in the rear view mirror. 

BITF is undervalued... their power contracts along with an entire fleet upgrade puts them among the top miners irrespective of a combination with RIOT.  I like RIOT, I really do and think a combination would be great but at a 2 for 1 share exchange ratio.  Not 4 to 1.

I would take a combination of shares and cash if it would up the bid or even all shares if RIOT if the share exchange ratio was much higher..  $5 would be dumb if RIOT is $20 and would still significantly undervalue BITF given overall market forces... imho
