Major US banks shut 33 branches in just two weeks

Remember not too long ago the US was dealing with Bank failures and the stock market responded with selling so why are all these banks closing up shop? when banks close thats never a great sign and remember back in 2023 when the FED said that they want to hit 2% inflation and if it hurts the economy beyond a recession that they will stand firm at 2% target..
