Could someone explain what happened at this morning pre-market whit the ask and bid at 0.60 ?

I've seen it many times 6pak. Someone puts in bids that high and then deletes them. Happens alot after the Reddit GameStop thing to scare Big Brokerage Houses. Its the little guy sticking it to them for playing these manipulative games. GLTA
