1. Updated feasibility study completion (Fev/March)
2. Environmental & Social Impact assessment completion (March)
3. Binding $100m royalty investment agreement (Mai)
4. Secure debt for project construction
5. Construction (June)

Seems like Matt is at the proverbial $hit or get off the pot phase of the business plan

What's the general view on news flow over the next month? I personally expect only one of the three year end targets to be reached and that is the Cargill deal. I expect the land transfer to drift in to Q1 but I remain confident it will be done.  No inside news here, just my expectation based on past history. It's certainly frustrating and for me Matt's biggest downside. He needs

Agree BueBoy. Atleast handle the things you can control. Update Feasibility study and Environmental Impact Study is on BKI. Speed it up and pay the money to get it done and out to the market sooner. They both should be done before Xmas IMHO Matt's word is doodoo. Egg on his face and shareholders suffer
