I'm not sure the deal with Cargill is more important than the land transfer, but for me what signing the offtake does is to give a pretty firm assurance that the land transfer will follow. Cargill have many years of experiece of working in Ukraine and they would not waste time and resources to negotiate and sign an offtake unless they were sure that the land transfer would be done. Cargill binding off-take is more critical. Land transfer will happen after, with delays due to key government officials being replaced and time to get up to speed, as Matt indicated last call. Strong support continues from top government officials. Just keep the Russians at bay.
