the closer we get to construction, the more bki should trade based on projected earnings, which are directly correlated to iron prices and expected prices... As we pass the next series of milestones, it will matter more and more..

Well, it all depends on what media we feed.  Last night I saw a cbc french reporter who was on site at the borders speaking whit Russians and Ukrainien. They don't beleive there will be a war, some of them don't even believe russian troop at the borders are really there...
