disclosure: I am neither Long nor Short this stock. Prefer Loop Ventures LPEN (which I do own a small position in) which is earlier stage but better technology and partly owned by Cummins.  Hydrogen stocks had quite the run until recently so retracement is not unusual.

I've been adding here and there. The $37 financing brought sp down which was to be expected. Then tech markets have taken a bit of turn south but BLDP is sitting  real pretty with a very large cash reserve and a whole world of possibilities. That fact has not yet been recoginzed when it gets it's due attention sp will start to perform. Apply time.
