 it broke through some of the support earlier, looks like it may re-test that level again. i would not be surprised to see it go lower.

Just looked at the chart.  I would suggest the $18.50 to $19.00 range should be a good entry point since there is a strong base there.  The RSI also shows oversold.  There were 2 very large positive volume bars, one at the end of February and the other in the middle of April, both at much higher levels so I wouldn't give up on BLDP just yet.
