The most recent deal was $4.3 million for 500 workers for four years , about $8600 a worker - $2150 a year The November 10th , $7.8 million deal  for 3000 workers over 2 years was about $2600 a worker - $1300 a year The increase in the value shows your point about 24 hour monitoring and emergency response. The Royal Dutch Shell preferred supplier deal should be in the range of the November
