How to........

Im not certain of a reasonable way to play/invest in this name...but I have this thought.The name has been tragic ytd and all of last year.Seems like we are near ,maximum pessimism about which must be real estate related .Calgary office vacancy rates for example reinforce this view with no easy solution .I think that when BPY is concluded in Terms of BAM taking it over...and it disappears from sight ....maybe we will be at the bottom and investors can look to the future.It may get weaker if a higher for offer for BPY   appears....which is likely....after this event....maybe Bam can re assert itself.
