AECO hit $1.8 yesterday, I expect this to hit 2 by December and I doubt it's coming down again.  Based on international prices, current weather and LNG Canada startup, we should continue

Why is this trading so low if all the assets are greater than market cap? Should we expect a reversal in SP soon?

Paramount and Kelt both use the same strategy to build up a land position and later monetize it. Neither company was or is in a position where they had to make a deal. It is just another business

The Ovintiv and paramount deal was very unique and one has to overthink this one? why would paramount sell and why would Ovintiv buy and a good reason for each side... Paramount in last commodity

A few good points and a few red herrings Kavern.  I liked this last post and basically agree with it.  I think the cardium assets are worth quite a lot, but there are no very many buyers

But it is a change in Canadian political landscape that will be the real driver. 100%. There is no bigger enemy of Alberta and oil and gas companies then current Ottawa bunch.
