OBE's credit facility extension, January 29th, 2021

This is the key date for OBE. In my opinion if they do not gather 50% of the BNE shares by Monday, then the chances are that the banks will force OBE into CCAA protection by Friday.

CCAA protect Friday? lol " In connection with the extension, the lenders have the option to complete a borrowing base redetermination on January 29, 2021. Additionally, the lenders have elected to not proceed with the borrowing base redeterminations on October 31, 2020 and on November 30, 2020" So now that oil is above 50, the banks are going to act differently ...more

I had to log out to see what you were talking about here. Not bait that it was worth rising too; in my view, and  I find that the best answer to those who have nothing better to do than fish with outlandish comments is to use the ignore button. My comment to both of you though is to ask that you please take this debate to the OBE board; where, if it is to happen at all, it belongs.
