Debt
If the debt would be "minimally" drawn by end of October based on $103 oil, when will the debt be "minimally" drawn at the $120 WTI (and going to go higher. Scary actually. $130 will be tested sooner than later) that it's selling for today?
BNE isn't a promo company and it is well below the radar written off by the market. As much as it tests your patience, under the radar is exactly where almost all of my significant wins have come from. I don't think this will be any different.

Do we know for a fact that there are no restrictions about paying a dividend until 2024?

they'd have to disclose it in the notes to the financials for the respective time period. As soon as they announce a plan at very least, this will rock. I think it'll climb before that but not as much as it will with a ROC plan.
