If their best interests are shareholders (lol) I still say they need to sell the company.  Unlock value and bring in new eyes/new guard.  We all end up with past due dates in life.

The only reason to be invested in Bonterra is because of its tight float. The current management is responsible for keeping that float so tight. What exactly would new management do that the current one is not doing that would unlock Bonterra's potential? It's a publicly traded company, therefore it is always for sale, anybody can come in and make an offer.

the current management are also the ones responsible for the large debt load it had and is still dealing with and almost running the company in to the ground.  Same management are also the ones responsible for shareholders taking a pay cut and suffering large capital losses and restrictive debt covenants while they wrote cheap options to themselves as a reward for these events and still ...more
