Buybacks & Divvy

If these prices hold, Q1 will be when divvy criteria will be reached ($ 135 - $ 145 mln net debt & < 1 debt/ebitda.

Buybacks are under discussion for Q1 but nothing certain until decision is made.

I've already indicated a few times that if they think the $ 7,75 SP will be hit by Oct. '25, now is the time to buy those shares and make a profit.

I do support first getting debt within objective range.

That's a little bit enthousiastic mate. Free Funds Flow is not total Funds Flow, gotta deduct capex & ARO.  So they'll prob FFF $ 40 mln or so and 2+ cent or 6,5% or so dividend. The fun will start if they start to apply some of that other free fundsflow to do buybacks: they may want to hit the $ 7,75 warrants in Oct. '25.  That would be a sweet ride. R ...more

My bad I thought they just dropped 'Free' in it's reference throught the rest of releases to save time, as usually they mention 'free funds flow' for debt reduction and returns usually early in an MD&A and then routinely show 'Funds Flow' for the rest of the release... Oversight on my part in reading and understanding, thank you for pointing it out, cause I do get ...more

More importantly; they developed 2 plays and had to drill to keep the lands.  lsnds that have much better capital efficiencies. Just makes better business sense sndcus more sustainable. Giving them an edge with Cardium consolidation if opportunities arise.  Buybacks, growth and interest reduction will rocket this stock. R.

Should be a great year ahead if they are focused on getting the stock up near that exercise price. Normally energy sucks heading into an American recession but it seems the market has fully discounted it in the stock prices. And there is lots of evidence that any downturn will be minor now.  Haven't heard much about LNG Canada lately but now that fall weather is here gas prices are ...more
