Q3 Results

I think the results are great. Bne wins the prize for highest FFO per share relative to share price coming in at 1 x FFO annualized based on 3Q. The only one close was OBE at about 1.3. Most about 3-5 times. Great production numbers and better days ahead.

I am leaning more to neutral,.. but sure commodity price is very low for any great sucess, for sure, whith higher oil and gas prices, this could be easy and quick double I think, but we need better pricing.  Definately this stock is cheap,.. maybe one of the cheapes for sure.

The average gas price received was 96 cents in Q3  versus 3.00 last year. that would be about 2.5 million per month in revenue when prices get back closer to long term averages.  They need to get a better price marketing the gas.
