Amazing how quickly these things can escalate. When I hear terms like 'National Treasure" and company mismanagement , it scares the hell out of me. The gov't has ramped up the propoganda and has taken a adverserial position. Now they cannot back down no matter what the decision the audit takes. They would lose face. French will have to compromise. Which means we lose money.

Why would French compromise. These bozos never won an arbitration case

For a few reasons : 1) The gov't has its heels dug in and cannot back down without losing face 2) We are not dealing with the Canadian Gov't here. The rule of law is weak at best

So whats the consensus. The stock sold off a bit at the bell today. Do you think its a buy ...... or a wait and see hold ? While the govt does seem to have dug in a bit here, BNK does employ a lot of Albanian people. Thoughts ?????
