no-brainer takeover??

I'm relatively new to investing and am researching potential buyouts which always seem to lead back to management in the energy space. Banker has to be in this conversation as valuations continue to fall..majors with warchests are on the hunt..

I found an EBook which reveals there have been 3 components needed in every junior energy buyout over the past 5 years.. at least in North America.

With the saudis pumping we have little hope of achieving fair value in this market.. however BNK has 2 key similarities with 3 past buyout deals outlined in a report on 50 buyout candidates for 2016.

The review goes in depth on what it takes for an energy stock with significant reserves to be bought out. This is timely due to the current consolidation in the market.

The companies and how to value them properly begin on page 12 of this free report.

Anyone who is unsure of management and wants to up their IQ on takeovers and realistic valuations in today's NA energy sector should read this.
