Man never go by what analysts say ! They are bunch of fools who have vested interests towards any stock.  When they rate it sell , they force retailers to sell thier holdings so they can buy it cheaply.

I dont think it is that bad...we are talking about a sale today........and analyst sees it at 2,20 with no problems

This has a 20 million non-completion fee attached. (Less than .10 a share) so won't hurt either company to back out. LRE also had a $20 million non-completion fee. The offer there was $.52 a share when it was trading at 16 1/2 cents a share on the close The Fri before the offer. (LRE was trading at $.53 a share the week of August 10) That quickly ran also on a Monday morning to a high of .43 ...more

I'm not suggesting the deal will not transpire because it most likely will but the analysts are never right.  I mean never. What happens to them for giving us buying and selling recommendations when they are wrong?  Absolutely nothing. They tell you there's always risk involved. They just like to hear themselves talk. all analysts setting their targets at $2.20.....basically they are saying it's a done deal; unless there is a competing offer, which nobody knows; i'm saying this could easily go over 3 bucks.....that is the value of this company at $40-$50 oil.
