While he is not one of my favourite guests, I don't disagree. Another poster on this board gave a heads up to when Lauzon was a guest and he said take the money and invest elsewhere (no confidencen in Chinese deals). I did some recent buying in case a stronger offer comes in. If not, I have sat on this one for a long time. I can wait for things to improve or another offer. &
