Forgot that part... VOtE yes then tender shares when vote passes.. As it will big boys buying .. barclays morgan stanley Goldman etc... easy money.. Unless deal collapses.. which i doubt

Thanks for clarification. That makes sense now. I think this is the process: 1. Buy shares 2. Vote yes (assuming you bought before today as vote goes to sharehoders of record on April 19) 3. Tender your shares 4. Wait for cash to appear in place of shares 5. Repeat (with similar stock.) WRT step 5. What other buyouts were you involved with. Do you have a knack for finding them?
