What happens after a successful vote?

when is a good time to sell after?  Should I wait until the very end to sell?

If you wait for the very end you won't have to sell - assuming the deal goes through - you will simply get $2.20 in your account for each share you hold. If you have high confidence in the deal it would only make sense to sell when the SP is very strong (if at all), or when you are expecting a pullback - of which there are bound to be one or two before the end of June (I'd say we're ...more

keep holding until your shares get exchanged for the offer price. other way to do it is to sell shares in open market and move on with the proceeds. ive already done that by leaving 2K on table for arbs to make and already making 3K with proceeds on other picks. so nothing missed but gained so far, except for time, if I had decided to wait for deal to go thru, thing is low chance for deal not to ...more

This post is so very telling about "the dave", AND SOOOOO FUNNY. If he left $2,000 on the table for arbs, that means at $0.40 assuming he sold some time ago, he held an astounding 5,000 shares!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAH, big spender and wheeler-dealer.
