If BNK does not stop trading at the open or release the news, this will be an easy arbitrage. Not right for the sellers.

BNK would need 100% certainty that Geo-Jade has received SAFE approval I imagine if approval has been received they would be gettin the details on expected close date with Geo- Jade and we will get the info today
