Stress Is Like Weight Training
And like weight training, if you've ever gone to a gym and had a personal trainer, he or she would have told you that it is very important, yes, so very, very, very, important that this one rule is the key to successful weight training and the next thing I'm going to tell you is what that good trainer would feel compelled to tell you. And here it is. Have a good rest between sets:)
