Anybody else on here who uses Scotia iTrade?....and can't stand/hates the "new look" platform???
The existing platform/look will be discontinued at the end of the year....
That gives me a few months to shop around and find a new provider.
Any suggestions???

I have used CIBC Investor Edge , $6.95 a trade  for over a decade and while l have had an occasional problem , it was resolved in a timely manner.I wondered where you went Packer after calling it quits on the VRN board as even though we had our differences , l always read your posts and considered your opinion.Problem w as a Conservative l could never reconcile with yourvery Liberal attitudes

CIBC Investor's Edge here as well. Same, good overall, experience. Had accounts with Etrade over the years and not impressed with their customer service at all. That being said I own (way too much) BNS but have made good profits with buy low, sell high BNS in the past while collecting the dividend.

Hey PACKER__I AM with ScotiaItrade__But I ONLY Use the ONLINE Platform/TRADEPRO on My DESKTOP__And it IS OK for My MINIMAL Needs__FLIGHT DESK Was BETTER Though !!!! So WHAT PLatForm are YOU Referencing__As BEING DisContinued at End of the Year eh ??? Probably Some Sort of MOBILE Platform eh ???

sorry for this late post....I use Trading Desk....I could use Trade Pro but don't like it as much. I may be wrong but I got the impression that the whole platform, that BNS now calls the "classic" look will be discontinued by the end of the year. I'm surprised you have not seen the banner at the top every time you go to the site (???)
