Drip changes

Noticed a change to the drip in the last declaration.

Looks like drip shares for October will be coming with the 2% SP savings - after that, market value until such time as the bank declares differently.

While this is not directly beneficial for me (missing my 2%), it is likely the responsible path forward for the next bit.

Financially prudent for the company but obviously going to be unpopular among those receiving the drip or those looking for compound gains through a corporate administered drip.  I still hold that if you have the time you can do better than a discounted company drip, even with applied commisions, buying your shares with your divi yourself depending on the amount of divi you are collecting ...more
