I listened to the conference call. The tone was not that ubpbeat but the CEO did say that he expected some potentially big contracts to be awarded in this quarter and that bigger ones good be awarded in the next US fiscal year (starting 1 October) . This probably scared some shorts hence the big bounce. I sold at 15 what I bought at 13.50 yesterday. Nice little profit.

They said this on the last 2 calls also. There are no contracts. Some short covering going on, Will still hold mine until $4.
