Brookfield Group Results

Good morning,

Brookfield (BN) reported this morning and while I can never tell what the market is going to think of the numbers, the results seem positive and the commentary in the shareholder letter was very positive and no caution or defensive posture at all. The new talking points are BEP's deal with Microsoft and Wealth Solutions (now that they have closed on AEL).

All the subs have now reported and BEP has taken off due to its Microsoft deal. All the other subs' reports had muted effects on their share prices.

The commentary on their real estate was a positive as it has been in a long while.

Another quarter under the belt and that is good news for our BPO prefs.
